Short Bio
Carli B is a Registered Nurse turned recording artist, motivational speaker, and women's liberator. Louisiana-raised and Houston-based, she turned twenty years of hiding in corporate life, and the end of a twenty-two-year marriage, into a keynote and an eight-song EP. She's booked for conferences, leadership retreats, and women's gatherings worldwide.
Long Bio
Carli B. Webb is the oldest of four kids from Southwest Louisiana, raised by a visionary entrepreneur father and a microbiologist mother who introduced her to the arts. She built a career as a Registered Nurse and spent two decades in various nursing roles, including corporate nursing leadership, hiding behind the perfect life, and from a voice she didn't yet know was hers. In April 2021, after twenty-two years of marriage, Carli asked for Truth, and she got it. In the unraveling that followed, she heard a whisper as she lay in the rubble: I think I'd like to sing. What followed was an eight-song EP titled "No More Pretending," written to redeem, heal, and reveal every wound the marriage, her experience, and her choices left behind. Today Carli brings that same honesty to keynote stages, weaving lived experience with an original live song, turning a talk into something audiences feel long after they leave the room. Beyond speaking, Carli leads women's liberation work, including an upcoming luxury memoir retreat in March 2027 in a small village in Spain, and monthly Reclaim Her women's circles centered on reclaiming voice, boundaries, story, and liberation. She is currently excited about collaborating with artists and creatives working in film that impacts humanity in a positive way, and is generating new ideas for a second album.

The EP:No More Pretending
The life she'd built collapsed overnight. These eight songs were how she survived what came next: not a passion project, a lifeline.
