Short Bio

Carli B is a Registered Nurse turned recording artist, motivational speaker, and women's liberator. She spent two decades architecting a life built to prove her worth: perfectionism, protection, a picture-perfect marriage, until she finally asked for the truth at forty-one and everything changed. What followed was an eight-song EP spanning grief, rage, tenderness, and joy: not a dance party, a restoration. Louisiana-raised and Houston-based, she's booked for conferences, leadership retreats, and women's gatherings worldwide.

Long Bio

Carli B. Webb is the oldest of four siblings, the only daughter, from Southwest Louisiana, raised in Cajun country by a bold, visionary, entrepreneurial father and a cultured microbiologist mother who introduced her to the arts side of the world: an appreciation for theater, the classic movies, and a lifelong love of education and learning well. Carli became a wife and mother young, inside a good family and a highly protected one, and the shame that came with her own curiosity and an early pregnancy became the first stone of a castle she would spend the next two decades building. While her husband played professional baseball around the U.S., Carli went to nursing school and earned a nursing license in nearly every state they lived in, chasing the moves, the childcare, and the family she was determined to hold together. That determination became the architecture of her entire life: perfectionism, inflexibility, and a fear-based belief that she had to prove her worth to be loved. She lived inside that castle until she was forty-one.

In April 2021, after twenty-two years together, Carli finally asked for the truth, and she got it. In the unraveling that followed, she heard a small whisper: I remember when I was six, I liked to sing. Within days, a producer from Nicaragua who happened to live a mile and a half down the street arrived on her path, and what followed was an eight-song EP titled "No More Pretending," written across different genres to hold every emotion the marriage, the castle, and the truth-telling required: grief and defiance, tenderness and joy, not one happy ending but many honest ones. It restored a broken heart, hers, and she believes every woman still building her own castle deserves to hear it.

Today Carli brings that same honesty to keynote stages, weaving lived experience with an original live song, turning a talk into something audiences feel long after they leave the room. Beyond speaking, Carli leads women's liberation work, including an upcoming luxury memoir retreat in March 2027 in a small village in Spain, and monthly Reclaim Her women's circles centered on reclaiming voice, boundaries, story, and liberation. She is currently excited about collaborating with artists and creatives working in film that impacts humanity in a positive way, and is generating new ideas for a second album.
